Kenadi Beacham is a passionate fitness coach with a background as a professional dancer, University of Utah Cheerleader, Competitive Powerlifter of 3 years, strength training, and personal 1:1 coaching. She found Pilates through her journey as a dancer and fell in love with how it connects the mind and body while building strength from the inside out. With certifications as a group fitness instructor and Reformer Pilates instructor, Kenadi brings a powerful mix of grace and grit to her classes. Her teaching style is upbeat, encouraging, and focused on helping you feel strong, confident, and aligned in your body.
